I visited the facility a few weeks ago, I am impressed with the cleanliness, no smell of urine, an hour, not one call light was on, patients are up clean and dressed. It is quiet environment and patients looks happy. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was just sitting at the lobby and the receptionist came to me if I needed help. I recommend this place!

Look I appreciate you guys taking care of my friend while she’s there. Thank you. But when I send something to my friend and I have a picture of it delivered and it’s stolen from the front counter where there’s a receptionist/person all the time is so wrong. Your staff gets to go home every night. Your staff gets to choose what they want to eat. The staff gets to do their own grocery shopping. Stealing from a patient is so wrong.

I visited a friend here the staff has taken excellent care of him during his stay the staff was also very helpful with questions he has been there about 3 months now and will be coming home any day thank you to jurupa hills post a ute care

Horrible,I would not let this place babysit my gold fish,the nurses are nice but BUT Let me say from my own eyes and knowledge It’s sucks ,administration is ********* *********.!! My uncle got sent to riverside hospitle with no papers ,no emergency contacts ,no medical file ,just dropped off like a animal found on the road,not even his medical file and he was not able to speak cause he had tunes in his throut.just by chance I went to visit him and they told me he went to riverside hospital 12 hours ago,when I found him the nurses there were so happy cause he needed a friend with consent to figure out why he was there . This place jurupaacute almost killed him.thats what I got to say a out this place. No excuses will ever change my mind. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BY GOD!!

Lively staffers and clean house :))

This is such a awful place to put ur loved ones. They miss treat people, they deny you food and meds. They even leave you locked in the restroom for 2 hours. My family member was there about two years ago and she came home very traumatized. So please please think twice before putting ur family in there.

Very Professional Staff who are kind and put the patient’s first. Very clean facility and modern equipment. Highly recommend this place for the elderly.

Just visiting a friend, but everyone from the front counter check in person to the nursing assistants were very friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and pleasant.

My father spent a few weeks there before his passing. The nurses are amazing especially Marry who took care of my dad with great kindness. Thank you for all you do.

The students in all white and the workers are absolutely disgusting. They leave their food trash everyday in the neighborhood. Screaming out their car and dancing in the middle of the street. There are tons of camera around from the neighborhood and could easily get a ticket from the sheriffs with their license plate. Have caught many of them on camera. If they can’t even throw their nasty trash away what makes you think they are taking care of your family member in this facility!

I really enjoy jurupa hills. Rubi is amazing at what she does and the staff is so helpful and works as a team. Liz does a great job at making sure everybody reaches their full potential. It’s honestly a great facility.

Jurupa Hills Post Acute was my best decision I took . Staff is really there to help and give you the best support possible. Therapy has the most amazing team and where able to get me back on my feet . Really clean facility . Can express how much this whole facility help on getting me back to my old self . This review is on the kitchen. If the food doesn’t come out medium rare it comes out burnt. I swear for about 2 weeks all I ate was yogurt and bananas. I seriously don’t understand how there kitchen is not closed. I’ve made multiple complaints with California department of public health and they never see anything wrong. But that’s because they are on their best behavior when state comes around. I am posting burnt chicken and undercooked beef patties they gave us for dinner.
