Very Professional Staff who are kind and put the patient’s first. Very clean facility and modern equipment. Highly recommend this place for the elderly.

Just visiting a friend, but everyone from the front counter check in person to the nursing assistants were very friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and pleasant.

My father spent a few weeks there before his passing. The nurses are amazing especially Marry who took care of my dad with great kindness. Thank you for all you do.

The students in all white and the workers are absolutely disgusting. They leave their food trash everyday in the neighborhood. Screaming out their car and dancing in the middle of the street. There are tons of camera around from the neighborhood and could easily get a ticket from the sheriffs with their license plate. Have caught many of them on camera. If they can’t even throw their nasty trash away what makes you think they are taking care of your family member in this facility!

I really enjoy jurupa hills. Rubi is amazing at what she does and the staff is so helpful and works as a team. Liz does a great job at making sure everybody reaches their full potential. It’s honestly a great facility.

Jurupa Hills Post Acute was my best decision I took . Staff is really there to help and give you the best support possible. Therapy has the most amazing team and where able to get me back on my feet . Really clean facility . Can express how much this whole facility help on getting me back to my old self . This review is on the kitchen. If the food doesn’t come out medium rare it comes out burnt. I swear for about 2 weeks all I ate was yogurt and bananas. I seriously don’t understand how there kitchen is not closed. I’ve made multiple complaints with California department of public health and they never see anything wrong. But that’s because they are on their best behavior when state comes around. I am posting burnt chicken and undercooked beef patties they gave us for dinner.

This is the worst place son an I ever been in the Character. Dignity of medical Facilities you can’t get no worse than this even the Nurses staff physical therapy. Staff all seemed like they in elementary they care less about people. if you want your loved ones to die, send them there

The staff are very friendly and very supportive. They prepared a special Thanksgiving feast for us according to our dietary needs. Very generous! We did have some concerns that our family member’s more acute medical needs were not addressed in the best way. We had to move her back to the ER/hospital.

I’m a student from ACC & I just want to say the nurses and staff here are so welcoming and willing to teach. This facility really cares about their patients 😊 It’s always nice to come here.
